Welcome to my blog page.

Saturday - 20.12.2008: I would like to wish all our customers both past and future a very happy and healthy Christmas.  And may 2009 bring you happiness.  I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support you have shown us in 2008, it is very much appreciated.

Happy knitting - just don't drop your mince pies, chocolate, or sherry on your knitting

Friday - 19.12.2008: After waiting for weeks to have our window fixed (thanks to our insurance company) - 2 chaps arrived to fix it.  Great job, only for the pain next to the new one to break when I walked on the window display area to re-do display.  Deary deary me now we have another broken pain and the window men have shut until 5th January!!  Please note no-one broke either pain, just old age and the very old weather.
My journey continues.  Found it a long day today, have been trying to update my website.  Had some great help and getting there.  Progress is slow but sure.  Would love to say that it's completed but not today!
Next step of my Web site and Blog journey.

So far, so good, I don't seem to have broken this site yet.  Although early days - it seems very promising.  I have found a package that seems to make updating my site much easier.  I guess time will tell on that.  Pages will be added weekly, including some very special offers.

bye for now.  and Happy knitting

Welcome to my first ever blog.

Today I begin a new journey with the first steps into creating a fully functional website.

My website journey started a little while ago and for those that checked out my first efforts you would all agree that I got lost en-route.  My apologies to you all, but I am now back on the right road.  And I have found lots of help to make sure that I won't be taking any more wrong turns.

For those like me that can read the most complex knitting pattern but looking at a computer just sends them cold - I know just how you feel. I admit to totally losing my confidence with my first web site, as I managed to delete more items than I entered or even broke the links completely.  Me and technology have not been the best of friends lately.

But here I am now taking my new web site journey.  And my first ever blog.  Yippee

Keep checking the site for new products, offers, and information.
